Payment Terms

Payment to our competitions is requested within 8 days after online registration.

For each registered product that is not awarded, the competitor get a credit fee (same value than the registration fee). He can use this credit to register a product the next year(s) competitions.

Payment is charged 8 days after results via email on the credit card used for the deposit at registration, if not done before via credit card or bank transfer.

No refund or cancellation is possible after results are published.

Samples Shipment

Each competitor has to send only one sample per registered product ASAP and within the next 8 days after registration.

A invoice document is mandatory with the parcel, with the mention: ‘Sample – No Commercial Value – Price = 0,00 USD/EUR’

The address and all infos will be sent via email to competitors within the next 24 to 48 hours after registration.

For any question to competition rules, you can read our FAQ here. We don’t share any other informations, our jury members and journalists have the freedom to judge and communicate the way they want, as per freedom and liberty of journalism.

Our journalists follow of course your instruction for communication about your products, as much as they can, in order to help our awarded competitors to reach new distributors, importers, purchases and markets in Taïwan and Asia. Thank you for your trust.
